The company announces a new growth leap with the expansion of its Headquarters in São José dos Pinhais (PR), reinforcing its leading role in the logistics scenario of Southern Brazil. The new structure will be aligned with the progress of the new runway at Afonso Pena International Airport, an investment that symbolizes the modernization of regional logistics infrastructure.
Robust Structure and High Technical Standard
The new Headquarters will feature 20,000 m² of built area, designed to offer high-performance logistic operations. The structure will have a clear height of 12.20 meters, which allows for greater verticalization in storage and efficient use of space. Furthermore, Master will install enclosed docks at $45^\circ$, optimizing loading and unloading processes with fluidity and safety.
The warehouse will follow rigorous technical standards, including a J4 type sprinkler fire protection system, recognized for its reliability and compliance with the most demanding regulations. The company will maintain the standard of one dock for every 1,000 m², totaling 20 operational docks in this initial phase, with the possibility of expansion as demand grows.
Integration with Logistic Corridors Marks New Leap in Growth
With the expansion of the Headquarters in São José dos Pinhais, Master strengthens its connection with the main national and international transport corridors. The strategic location near the airport facilitates intermodal integration, directly contributing to increased efficiency in operations.
Furthermore, the new structure will allow for expanded capacity in storage, inventory management, and intelligent distribution, benefiting both B2B and B2C clients.
