The beginning
From a dream, Tania Lopes Anselmo and João Alves Anselmo founded a small company that provided tax coverage for real estate consulting businesses and related services. Initially, the core focus was the accounting office, which shared space with other professional activities.
Novos Horizontes
As the years went by, the company remained in constant pursuit of innovation. Starting new projects in Belo Horizonte, working in-house. At the same time, they closed an important partnership to review the inventory and control the storage flow of a company in São José dos Pinhais (Curitiba Metropolitan Region).As the years went by, the company remained in constant pursuit of innovation. The New Projects
Over time, additional projects emerged, including those focused on labor services. Shortly after, Tania received a quotation request for spot labor outsourcing and subsequently closed the first major loading and unloading contract for a home appliance industry.
Achievement
The largest proprietary warehouse of Master Cargas Brasil was built in Ponta Grossa, along with new units in Rio Grande do Sul and Minas Gerais.
20 Years of History
A milestone year marking two decades of history, in which the company reinvented itself, seeking the best protective measures against Covid-19. In addition to following the guidelines of the WHO (World Health Organization), further safety measures were adopted, such as staggered exit protocols, laboratory testing and decontamination cabins, making operations even safer. The team faced every challenge with determination and dedication, and the result could not have been different. We advanced in Built to Suit developments, inaugurated the Headquarters of Master Cargas Brasil, strengthening and centralizing administrative demands. Over 170 new jobs were created and more than 10,000 opportunities were made available to third parties.
