The Beginning
From a dream, Tania Lopes Anselmo and João Alves Anselmo founded a small company that provided tax coverage for real estate consulting businesses and related services. Initially, the core focus was the accounting office, which shared space with other professional activities.
New Horizons
As the years went by, the company continued in a constant pursuit of innovation, launching new projects in Belo Horizonte and operating in house. During the same period, it established an important partnership for inventory review and storage flow control for a company in São José dos Pinhais, in the Metropolitan Region of Curitiba.
New Projects
Over time, additional projects emerged, including those focused on labor services. Shortly after, Tania received a quotation request for spot labor outsourcing and subsequently closed the first major loading and unloading contract for a home appliance industry.
A Period of Expansion
With the growth of external volumes, it became necessary to establish a letter of intent with Ponta Grossa, which was received within the expected deadline. In addition, new units were activated in São Paulo and Curitiba, totaling 13 units and one million m² of usable areas.
Achievement
The largest proprietary warehouse of Master Cargas Brasil was built in Ponta Grossa, along with new units in Rio Grande do Sul and Minas Gerais.
Large-Scale Growth
Performance-based compensation was implemented in some operations, becoming a true success case for the company. By the end of the year, there were 19 branches and 1.5 million m² of usable area.
20 Years of History
A milestone year marking two decades of history, in which the company reinvented itself, seeking the best protective measures against Covid-19. In addition to following the guidelines of the WHO (World Health Organization), further safety measures were adopted, such as staggered exit protocols, laboratory testing and decontamination cabins, making operations even safer. The team faced every challenge with determination and dedication, and the result could not have been different. We advanced in Built to Suit developments, inaugurated the Headquarters of Master Cargas Brasil, strengthening and centralizing administrative demands. Over 170 new jobs were created and more than 10,000 opportunities were made available to third parties.
25 Years of History
A constantly growing MCB. On November 30th, 2024, the Beverage Operation of the Ponta Grossa Branch set a new record, maintaining a coordinated and assertive pace of one truck entering or leaving the warehouse every two minutes, representing approximately 10,800 trucks per month. In 2025, we became the largest GDP provider in the beverage, electronics, and cosmetics sectors. In January 2025, we achieved the GPTW certification and, in addition, consolidated our international operations in Florida (USA) and China. We launched the largest Full Logistics Solutions Hub – www.mastertradingbr.com. This milestone strengthens Master Rental services – machinery and equipment rental – and directly boosts the areas of warehousing, distribution, transportation, and outsourcing of specialized labor.
