A Strategic Step: Expansion in Ponta Grossa
Master Cargas Brasil takes another strategic step with its expansion in Ponta Grossa (PR). With the construction of a new logistic center, the company expands its presence in the South of the country and strengthens its national service capacity.
The project encompasses 20,000 m² of built area in the first phase, with a structure planned to reach up to 60,000 m². With this, Master intends to meet the growing demand for complete, integrated, and high-performance logistic solutions.
The company developed the structure with a focus on efficiency, flexibility, and safety. The new warehouse will feature a clear height of 12.20 meters, favoring the use of vertical storage systems and increasing stacking capacity. Furthermore, Master will position the enclosed docks at $45^\circ$, optimizing the loading and unloading process.
To ensure the highest safety standard, the unit will feature the modern J4 sprinkler fire fighting system, aligned with technical standards and industry best practices.
High Operational Capacity with a Focus on Scalability
Master will maintain the standard of one dock per 1,000 m², totaling 20 docks in this initial stage. However, the structure allows for expansion to up to 60 docks in the future. This configuration ensures agility in the movement of goods and flexibility to serve operations of various sizes.
The expansion in Ponta Grossa also contributes to regional development, with the creation of jobs and the strengthening of the local logistic chain. At the same time, it reinforces Master’s commitment to modern, scalable, safe, and sustainable logistic solutions.
