Expansion of operations in Itu reinforces national strategy Master Cargas Brasil has begun the expansion of its operations in Itu, in the interior of São Paulo state, as part of its national growth strategy. The new project provides for the construction of 20,000 square meters of area, designed exclusively for high-performance logistic operations.
With this investment, the company responds to the growing demands of the sector and elevates its service capacity in the Southeast, one of the most strategic regions for Brazilian logistics. The unit will operate with a clear height of 12.20 meters, which will allow for greater vertical utilization for storage.
Furthermore, Master will implement docks angled at 45°, which optimize the flow of loading and unloading, and a J4 sprinkler fire fighting system, recognized for its efficiency and operational safety. In this way, the new structure will follow the highest technical standards in the market.
Efficiency, scalability, and focus on B2B and B2C solutions
Master will maintain the standard of one dock for every 1,000 m², totaling 20 docks in this first phase. This model offers flexibility for different customer profiles and ensures agility in operations. Additionally, the structure can be expanded, keeping pace with demand growth.
The new unit will play a decisive role in modal integration and in strengthening the company’s B2B and B2C solutions. The focus will be on intelligent warehousing, optimized inventory management, and efficient distribution, utilizing technology and agile processes.
